As a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Executive Coach (CEC) with the International Coaching Federation, I bring extensive experience in HR consulting and executive coaching. My background as an HR Business Partner and Talent and Culture leader has prepared me to support both employees and leadership teams across a wide range of services.
These include Human Resources consulting, employee engagement, leadership development, coaching culture, talent development, workplace investigations, employee experience, and corporate social responsibility. I also focus on areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with effective team building practices.
